Alycia recently joined CCG Property Management as a Senior Project Manager focusing on the office market. She spent the previous 5 years at Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Property Manager overseeing office/retail and medical properties for both local and institutional clients. Her responsibilities include oversight of large capital and tenant improvement projects, property operations, budgets, ensuring seamless client and tenant communication, and client specific reporting.

Her prior work experience includes managing downtown Class A assets for both TMT Development and Unico Properties. Alycia also worked at CBRE as a Client Services Assistant focused primarily on industrial properties.

 

As a native of Oregon, Alycia holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Portland State University and a certificate in Accounting from Linfield College. She is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Oregon and is actively involved in the industry as a member of the BOMA Emerging Professional Committee.

 

In her free time, she loves spending weekends with family and cheering on her kids at their sports events. She has two children, as well as two bonus kids. Alycia also recently welcomed a 6-month-old French Bulldog named Rosco into her family.
