Sara Reid joined CCG Property Management in July, 2022. Prior to joining CCG, Sara was an Administrative Assistant with Summit Real Estate Management and K-5 Property Management. Sara started her career as an Administrative Assistant/Leasing Assistant in Residential Property Management at Misty Mountain Real Estate Management/ MMRA Real Estate Management in Bellingham, WA. She then joined Keller Williams Western Realty as their Transaction Coordinator and obtained her Washington Real Estate License in 2008.

 

Sara moved to Portland in 2019 and began her property management career in Oregon. This is Sara’s first endeavor into commercial property management. Sara is responsible for assisting the entire property management team.  Her responsibilities include tracking tenant and vendor certificates of insurance, managing vendor contracts, abstracting leases, tenant and vendor correspondence, managing Building Engines (work order system), Energy Star, tenant events, to name a few.   

 

Sara has a Bachelor of Arts degree in General Studies from Western Washington University and an Associates Degree in Arts and Sciences from Whatcom Community College. When Sara is not working, you can find her spending time with her baby boy, Oakley, her Pitbull/Cattle Dog mix, Luna and the rest her family either at the beach, a sporting event or concert.
