Amy Delbrouck joined CCG Property Management in August, 2022.  Prior to joining CCG, Amy was a Property Manager with Unico Properties LLC.  Amy started her career as a Tenant Services Coordinator at The U.S. Bancorp Tower & Plaza a 1.2M square foot office building in downtown Portland.  She was promoted several times during her 13 year tenure at Unico.  Since 2019, Amy managed Moda Tower a 414,000 square foot Class A high-rise in downtown Portland along with two other properties in the Pearl District totaling 165,000 square feet.  Amy's responsibilities included full service building operations, financial budgeting and reporting, capital project management, leading and supervising a team, contract negotiation, conflict resolution, and vendor management. Clients include LaSalle Investment, UBS, Unico, and ARA.

Upon joining the team at CCG Property Management, Amy currently oversees an office portfolio that includes seven office properties located in Hillsboro, downtown Portland and SW Portland.
