Roxanne joined CCG in 2021, bringing a diverse background in property management with her. She began her career on the financial side of property management with the oversight of the financial practices for single and multifamily housing, homeowner associations, and commercial real estate and sales. After some time, Roxanne shifted her focus to the management side of property management, specializing in commercial real estate management and leasing. Ultimately, she merged her experience by starting and operating a commercial real estate management and leasing company in Southern Oregon that operated successfully for 8 years. In all, Roxanne has been working in the industry for 25 years.

 

Since moving to Portland in 2015, Roxanne has most recently worked in HOA management and luxury mid- to high-rise condominium management in the Portland area. She worked as the primary liaison for each association’s Board of Directors, providing recommendations for overall success in the financial operation of the community while ensuring a positive customer experience by overseeing the training of all on-site management, concierge, and maintenance staff.

 

Roxanne’s collaborative, initiative-taking, and solutions-oriented approach to property management paired with the wealth of knowledge gained from her varied background make her a key piece of the client experience. With her understanding of all areas of property management, she is uniquely able to craft solutions with the best interests of all parties in mind, both owner and customer alike. By drawing the connection between the financial success of the owners and the wellbeing of the customers, Roxanne’s property management style helps the properties she oversees to truly flourish.
