Jeffrey joined CCG Property Management August 14, 2023. Jeffrey has over 30 years of experience in the accounting industry. Prior to joining CCG, he worked for 10 years for Continental Title Holding Company based in Overland Park, KS in the corporate accounting department. At Continental Jeffrey was responsible for monthly financial accounts payable, accounts receivable, month-end closing activities including preparing journal entries, analyzing and reconciling balance sheets and bank accounts, annual 1099’s and tax filings. Jeffrey has also worked as an accountant for a healthcare facility , a mortgage company and a landscape company. He is knowledgeable in multiple software programs including Yardi, Avid, NetSuite, GreatPlains, Quickbooks, Peachtree, and MS Office applications.

As Property Accountant with CCG Property Management, he is responsible for preparing monthly financial reports for a portfolio of 25 properties including retail, office and industrial. He works closely with the appropriate property manager to ensure the reports are completed accurately and timely each month.

Jeffrey grew up in Minnesota and graduated from the University of Minnesota – Minneapolis with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature and History, with emphasis on the Medieval time period. He moved to the Portland area in 2017. He spends his free time hiking, trail running, CrossFit and baking. He has one older dog and a bunch of fish.
