LAURIE ARINIELLO

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
BIOGRAPHY

Laurie joined CCG Property Management on November 13, 2023 as an Assistant Project Manager.  She is working with Loyda Timmins on a team focused on retail and office properties.  Laurie has 10 years’ experience in the property management industry, specializing in Condo and HOA management in the Portland area. She transitioned into commercial property management in 2021 and has worked on a variety of asset types including light industrial, retail, mixed-use, restaurants and full-service office.  Laurie has worked on a number of capital improvement, tenant improvement, and building beautification projects.  

 

Most notably: 

  • Exterior recladding and roofing project for 168 residential units.  Scope of work included replacing the exterior siding, windows, sliding glass doors and decks while the units were occupied.  Project cost $3.2 million.

  • Major waterproofing repair project for a stucco building.  Scope of work included repairing damaged stucco, replacing deck coverings, and deck drains.  Project cost $1.3 million.


Laurie is a resident of Oregon City and is actively engaged with the municipality.  She enjoys volunteering for different Oregon City community boards including the Oregon City Budget Committee, Urban Renewal Budget Committee, Metro Enhancement Grant Board, and South Fork Water Board.  When not working or volunteering, Laurie and her husband Matthew enjoy the outdoors. They frequently camp, go paddle boarding, rafting, hiking, snow shoeing, and skiing. They love to explore together.
