Lawson joined CCG Property Management in June 2023 as the Building Engineer for Vancouver Center North Office Tower, a 12 story Class A mixed use property in Vancouver, Washington and Camas Meadows, a 2-story office building in Camas, Washington. Lawson works closely with his Project Manager on the day-to-day operations of the properties focusing on preventative maintenance, responding to service requests, coordinating capital improvement and tenant improvement projects, and keeping the building in excellent condition.

Unlike the other Engineers, Lawson did not start his career in Property Management. He started his career as an IT Helpdesk Technician while working on his degree in Computer Science. After Graduating from Wagner College in NYC, he moved to the Portland area in 2014. Upon his relocation to Portland, Lawson began a career with BPM Property Management as a Maintenance Technician for a luxury high-rise condominium building in Southwest Portland. After 3 years he joined ProLIft Garage Doors of Portland as a Lead Technician to further his customer service and mechanical skillset. At ProLift, Lawson was responsible for estimating, installation, service, repair and training new team members. He was also responsible for overseeing all field technicians and company owned assets.

In his spare time, you probably won’t find him because he will be at home on his computer playing video games, or catching up on new television series.
