Loyda Timmins is a seasoned professional in commercial property management, celebrated for her consistent delivery of exceptional results. Beginning as a Purchasing Agent in 1986, she swiftly progressed through the ranks, overseeing retail centers, multi-family developments, and more. Loyda’s meticulous attention to detail, organizational prowess, and capacity to manage diverse responsibilities have set her apart in the industry.
In 1993, Loyda assumed the role of Office Manager at Oregon Investors Development, expanding her expertise in residential property management. In 1994, she joined PM Realty Group, where her financial acumen, organizational skills, and adeptness in handling complex tasks earned her recognition and acclaim within the organization.
Seeking new challenges, Loyda transitioned to Norris & Stevens, Inc. in 1997 as a Property Manager, overseeing a diverse portfolio of retail centers and industrial buildings. Her precision, strong communication, and ability to forge productive relationships with property owners and tenants optimized operational efficiency and property value.
Loyda joined CCG Property Management in August. She is a Senior Project Manager overseeing a retail property management division as well as some office and industrial assets for select clients. She is responsible for ensuring flawless lease administration, financial reporting, tenant relations, and effective construction management. Her exceptional skills and unwavering passion for the industry enable her to continue making a substantial impact in commercial property management, ensuring the success and profitability of the properties she oversees.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Loyda actively participates in professional associations including the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA Oregon) where she serves on the Programs Committee. In her free time Loyda enjoys reading, quilting and creating beautiful handcrafted gifts.
